Jerry Adler practices civil litigation. The areas of preferred practice include the claims of individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents, insurance defence, subrogation claims and estate litigation.
Admitted to the Bar in British Columbia in 1973.
"Practicing the area of civil litigation for over thirty (30) years has taught me the essential skills to achieve for my clients a satisfactory resolution of the issues in conflict. Today, more than ever, lawyers are keenly aware of the cost of litigation to their clients and the accompanying stress and pressure that they are subjected to during this process. In the vast majority of cases, a trial is the last resort. I strive to find a meaningful settlement for my clients in a timely fashion by way of negotiation or through a formal proceeding such as Mediation or Judicial Settlement Conference."
Jerry has been formally educated at the University of British Columbia where he first obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree, majoring in history and political science, followed by his Bachelor of Law Degree.
